IamNature®️ IS NATURAL

All formulation have this composition (available in different colours):

  • BIOPOLYMER
  • based on PHAs
  • Mix of PHA: PHA + PLA, o PBS, PBSA, PBAT, PCL etc.

VEGETAL FILLERS

  • Vegetable fibers (jute, hemp, linen etc)
  • Vegetable waste (corn, peels, coffee etc)

MINERAL FILLERS

  • Minerals from extraction
  • Minerals from renewable sources

NATURAL ADDITIVES

  • Plasticizers (glycerin, sorbitol etc)

IamNature®️ IS BIODEGRADABLE IN ALL CONDITIONS

Comparing materials in the various environments of degradation, IamNature®️ is the only biopolymer that degrades in all conditions. It has multiple end-of-life options, biodegradable in industrial composting, home composting, degradation in soil, degradation in marine, fresh water and sewage sludge.

OK BIOBASED TUV AUSTRIA

TUV AUSTRIA is a Carbon-14 Analysis, based on RADIOCARBON DATING 

The emerging biobased manufacturing industry is producing large quantities of products that contain mixtures of both biobased materials and petroleum-derived materials. “Percent biobased” is a measure of the amount of biobased carbon in the product as compared to the sum of biobased and petroleum-based carbon in the product. A percent biobased value of 75% would mean that of all the carbon in the product, 75% of it is biobased and 25% is petroleum based.1 

The purpose of a biobased content measurement is to determine how much of the carbon within a biobased product is derived from biomass. The value represents a measure of how much biobased material a company is using to manufacture its products relative to the more readily available and less expensive petroleum-based alternatives. 

Materials can be partially of fully biobased, so p.ex norm ASTM D 6866 gives a rule to measure bio based content. 

They can obtain a certification following ASTM norms. 

The bio-based carbon content is at least 80%.
