For modified compounds we mean special products where special additives, fillers, pigments, etc. give important changes to the basic materials.

The 2K technology permits a remarkable engineering flexibility allowing the simultaneous use of rigid and soft polymers. However, our lab has studied some polyamides, also glass reinforced, that are modified in order to guarantee a very good bonding.
Magnetisable polymers can be moulded into complex shapes, then subsequently magnetised as a substitute for permanently-magnetic sinter magnets.
Antiscratch styrenics, high Gloss. ABS material has excellent aesthetical properties, but low scratch and chemical resistance. The diamond family is created to improve some properties of ABS, in particular the scratch resistance. It also allows to obtain a deep black color.

Antimicrobial plastics. The IONIZETA series is a revolutionary family of antimicrobial polymers (better named bacteriostats) that inhibits the growth of bacteria on the various components made with different polymers and it preserves its reduction for very long periods. This avoids repeating protective treatments.
The athermal compounds mint are black in the visible range but they reject the heat in the IR field. The result is that the plastic component, with the same color, remains colder.

Compounds reinforced with special glass fiber in order to reduce shrinkage and warpage effects until 75%, compared to the traditional glass fiber.
