Consulting is the division of Maip Group dealing with pre/post-sale technical assistance and with the preparation of technical training courses. With regards to technical assistance, we participate to the selection of the correct polymer and to the planning of the component to be produced.
Moreover, we offer general training courses on plastic materials and specific training on particular production aspects.
The Group has been the first Company to introduce cold plasma pre-treatment in Italy and the plastic surface activation to ease painting, gluing, silk-screen painting and others, either on ‘difficult’ materials like polyolefin and acetal or on those “impossible” like fluoro derivatives.
Hi-tech, thanks to transversal knowledge, is more and more looking for the co-operation with designers of different fields.
